Customer Advisor – Belfast City Airport Store
We’re excited to be recruiting Customer Advisors for our Belfast City Airport Store and are looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our team in a permanent role.

About the roleYou will work onsite and report into the Assistant or Store Manager. Your duties may include working at the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop.
- Help our customers and put them at ease; listen to find out more about them, answer questions and give great advice on our products, recommend items they hadn’t considered or simply offer a basket – the little things that make a difference.
- Get to know our in‑store offers and schemes and promote them – the more info we can give our customers the better.
- Help our store run smoothly – this could look like ensuring we have the right products displayed on the shop floor, providing a great service to customers, or helping with replenishing stock from our deliveries.
- Work with other team members to provide a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable for customers.
- You will be provided with award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
- Excel in a varied environment, working at pace.
- Communicate and listen effectively.
- Enjoy working as part of a team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
- Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
- Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help our customers find the best products for them.
- Have 5 years of unbroken references to obtain an airside pass. References must be day specific. There must not be any unaccounted periods between each of the reference dates of more than 28 days. If an unaccounted period is longer than 28 days, an additional reference should be provided to cover this short period. The five‑year period will need to cover the exact last 5 years, from today’s date.

Important informationApplicants must be 18 years of age or over due to airport age restrictions.
The hourly rate for this role is £13.02 and up to £15.10 across selected locations. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.
Flexibility is essential – we are looking for candidates who can start as soon as possible and can be flexible to meet the needs of our customers. Shifts may be worked Monday to Sunday, with the earliest start time at 4:30am and the latest finish time at 8:30pm.
