Key Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online in a timely and professional manner Maintain and update customer records and databases Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary Liaise with internal departments such as sales & logistics to ensure smooth service delivery Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and correspondence Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding issues Support the wider administrative team with general office duties Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Working Hours & Benefits Full-time - Permanent Competitive salary Opportunities for training and career progression
