Ganymede is recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for Grantham Station. This role offers a first-hand opportunity to support passengers, provide information, assist with tickets and navigate the station in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
You will work an average of 35 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern, covering early shifts from 06:00 to 23:00. Full training is provided, with potential pathways within the rail industry.
