Job Title: Hire and Sales Specialist

Location: Castle Donington

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 17:00 (42 hours per week)

Salary: £29,572 per annum, pro rata

In this role you will spend your days liaising with customers via telephone and email, taking end‑to‑end ownership of their requests and working in partnership with the wider Speedy network to ensure these are fulfilled to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Take end‑to‑end ownership of customer requests across multiple communication channels.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, building rapport over telephone and email.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of hire and sales services.

Identify opportunities to grow business and maximise revenue.

Support the business unit/team to deliver the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.

  • Ability to multitask and use initiative when making decisions.
  • Collaborative approach, working within a team to feed into a positive workplace culture.

  • Ability to support the ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver (knowledge of ESG concepts is an advantage).
