Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Nottingham branch. This 35-hour-per-week, rota-based role covers mornings to evenings Monday to Saturday.
You will be the friendly face and voice, handling transactions, assisting customers with technology in-branch and over the phone, and protecting customers from fraud. You’ll work in a multi-skilled team with flexibility, enjoying support as you adapt to varying tasks.
