Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Eastleigh Branch to greet customers, handle transactions, and resolve queries with a focus on delivering excellent service. The role involves helping customers in-branch or by phone and learning Santander’s products to support solutions.
Salary starts at £25,000 with a £500 flexible allowance and a discretionary bonus up to 8% of salary, plus holiday and pension benefits. The position is full-time, 35 hours weekly, on a rota basis.
