The Role You'll sit at the heart of the delivery team, coordinating everything that makes a training and adoption programme run well... scheduling sessions, managing enrolments, tracking attendance, and keeping client stakeholders informed every step of the way. You'll work closely with trainers, subject matter experts, and client sponsors, juggling multiple programmes at once without letting any of them slip. This is a role for someone who thrives on organisation and detail, and who enjoys being the person everyone relies on to keep things moving.
Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, webinars, and open calls Manage participant registrations, enrolments, and onboarding into programmes Act as the primary point of contact for learner queries and support requests Track attendance, completion rates, and overall learner participation Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders and programme sponsors Provide regular updates on programme progress and participation levels Maintain accurate learner records, training documentation, and programme schedules Monitor programme activity and flag trends in engagement and participation Gather participant feedback to support continuous improvement Produce programme updates and insights to inform decision-making What You'll Need Essential Experience managing training, learning, or adoption programmes Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally with enterprise-level clients Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail Proficiency across Microsoft 365, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint Ability to manage multiple programmes and priorities at once Right to work in Northern Ireland Nice to have Background in Learning & Development, Training Operations, Customer Success, or Change Management Experience supporting technology adoption or digital transformation programmes Why Apply?
