Speedy Services is seeking a Dispute Resolution Co-ordinator in Haydock. You will own customer enquiries from initial contact to resolution, communicating via telephone and email, and coordinating with internal teams to investigate issues and deliver timely, fair resolutions.
You’ll manage multiple cases, keep customers updated, and contribute to process improvements while upholding Speedy’s service standards and ESG commitments.
