Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for the Canary Wharf Work Cafe Branch. The role covers 35 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. You will greet customers, assist with transactions, and support them with banking technology and services.
You will join a collaborative team focused on improving the customer experience, with training and a clear path to grow within retail banking and the wider Santander network.
