Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to join Southall Branch on a 35-hour week rota, Monday to Saturday, 8am–6pm. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers in-branch or over the phone, handling everyday transactions and queries with a focus on service quality.
You’ll work in a supportive, multi-skilled team, delivering a friendly, efficient experience while protecting customers against scams and fraud, and continuously improving the customer journey.
