Lookers Newcastle Customer Contact Centre is seeking Customer Advisors to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will handle calls, emails, live chats and other enquiries, turning interactions into bookings and supporting sales and aftersales activities with a customer-focused approach.
You will use Lookers systems and CRM platforms to provide accurate responses, maintain high data quality, and stay compliant with GDPR. A rota including weekends and bank holidays is required.
