Bullhorn is seeking an Account Manager to ensure SMB customers remain engaged and successful with the Bullhorn solution. You will own the relationship post-onboarding, advocate for customers, and drive adoption and renewals.
You will identify upsell opportunities, provide guidance on product usage, and act as the voice of the customer within the company. A fast-paced environment with strong communication will suit proactive individuals.
