Medivet is a family of passionate, supportive veterinary professionals. We are seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for client calls and visits, delivering exceptional care to clients, patients, and colleagues. This role is 4 days a week from 8:15am to 6:30pm with 1 in 5 Saturdays (8:30am–2:30pm).
Branch locations include Aberdare, Ystradgynlais and Mountain Ash. You will bring strong client-facing skills, numeracy and experience with online booking, thrive in a team,
