Customer Services Executive Head office | Beith, Scotland

At Alliance Wine, we're passionate about delivering exceptional wines and outstanding service. We're looking for a proactive, organised Customer Service Executive to help provide an excellent experience for our customers across the UK.

This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve problems before they impact the customer.

• Experience using ERP, portal or EDI systems is desirable.
• Previous customer service or order processing experience.
• Wine, hospitality or drinks industry experience is an advantage.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Process customer orders accurately across multiple systems.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts, pricing and product information.
• Manage credits, returns, stock reservations and delivery requests.
• Maintain customer records, wine lists, pricing and vintage changes.
• Monitor open orders, invoices, returns and operational reports.
• Use customer portals and EDI systems confidently and accurately.
• Manage sample requests and support stock availability.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact customers.
