Entain Group, a leading global sports betting and gaming company, is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop network in the United Kingdom. You will lead customer service excellence, manage day-to-day shop operations and a team, and report to the Shop Manager.
Salary is £13.00 per hour with a 30-hour weekly rota. Open to providing great customer experiences, handling cash, and resolving issues with empathy.
