Kent County Council is seeking a friendly and outgoing Customer Support Assistant to help deliver high-quality library services. The role involves front-of-house customer interactions, supporting reading groups, talks and exhibitions across the Canterbury Library district.
Ideal candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills and a positive outlook, with flexibility for shifts including Saturdays and occasional lone working. Prior library experience isn’t essential.
