One Source Debt Resolution Services is seeking a Debt Resolution Officer to join the contact centre team in a part‑time role. The position involves collecting payments, negotiating payment plans and handling customer queries across various debt types.
You will work 18 hours per week, with shifts on Wednesday to Friday 5pm–9pm and Saturday 8am–2pm. Experience in debt collection and strong communication skills are essential, with training provided on applicable legislation.
