Position: Helpdesk Operator (Facilities)
Helpdesk Operator National Library | Euston, London £14.80 per hour | Immediate Start | 3-Month Temporary Contract We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Operator to join the Estates & Facilities team at a prestigious National Library in Euston.

Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for facilities-related enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Log and manage service requests through CAFM systems. Raise and track work orders, providing timely updates to customers. Coordinate meeting room bookings and associated services. Support events and provide general administrative support. Maintain records, asset registers, and internal signage. Escalate service issues and assist in resolving customer complaints.

Essential Skills & Experience Previous helpdesk, service desk, or call centre experience. Facilities Management experience. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and database/CAFM systems. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Able to prioritise workloads and work independently.

Desirable Experience with CAFM or similar facilities management systems. Administrative experience within an estates or facilities environment.
