The Role:
As a Customer Support Advisor in our Customer Management Centre you'll be providing administrative responses to our customers queries. Taking responsibility for resolving them in a timely and efficient way, collaborating with colleagues across the business. This is a varied and busy role where you will be delivering the best possible outcome for our customers. What we are looking for:
