The Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking a Customer Excellence Trainer to develop our people and elevate performance across the Customer Service function. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused on training, onboarding, coaching and ensuring quality standards across multiple teams.
You will work with Team Managers and stakeholders to build skills, confidence and capability, delivering engaging onboarding and ongoing development while upholding our customer service commitments.
