Service Advisor (Non-Technical) to support the Service Manager. The role focuses on maintaining high levels of service and delivering excellent customer care.
Key tasks include coordinating workflow between service advisors, foreman and customers, updating bookings, managing test drives, quotes, and parts orders, and ensuring vehicles and keys are secure.
