Are you looking to develop your career in administration and customer service within a world-leading technology and engineering organization? We are looking for a Trainee Certification Officer to join our Personnel Certification team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to gain experience in certification administration while supporting customers through their certification journey. In this role, you will process incoming applications and correspondence, maintain certification records, respond to customer enquiries and assist with certification renewals and re-certifications.

You will work closely with a supportive and knowledgeable team, receiving training and development to help you build your skills and understanding of certification processes. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organisational skills and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing incoming post and certification documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate records within certification databases.
  • Supporting customers via telephone and email.
  • Logging applications and enrolment forms.
  • Assisting with payment enquiries and administration.
  • Supporting certification renewal and re-certification processes.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service.
