You will be the primary contact for international customers, distributors and internal stakeholders, managing enquiries, orders, logistics, export documentation and issue resolution while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The role covers customers across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, the Americas and emerging markets, with flexible homeworking and a mix of remote and on-site work
