Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to be the first point of contact for service users, their families and health providers, ensuring correct products are delivered and installed on time to the agreed specification.
You will manage calls, schedule delivery rounds for Technicians and Service Engineers, maintain accurate client records, handle emails and queries, and support a calm, patient approach under pressure.
