Nationwide is seeking a Consultant to deliver high quality customer outcome reviews across NBS and VM customer journeys, assessing whether customers are receiving outcomes in line with regulatory and Consumer Duty requirements.
You'll identify customer outcome risks, provide insights and help drive improvements, with the 1 LoD within the COO. The role is a 12-month secondment, with hybrid working and regular visits to Swindon.
