Service Advisor - Boucher Road

Service Advisor VANRATH is looking for a Service Advisor to join a respected Aftersales Team at a busy dealership in the Boucher road area of Belfast. About This Role Main Duties The role involves both face-to-face and telephone interaction with customers, always with the goal of delivering exceptional customer service and support. This is a fast-paced and rewarding position that requires excellent teamwork, strong communication across departments, and a consistently professional approach. The successful candidate will naturally put the customer first, bring a positive and enthusiastic attitude to their work, and demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills.

The role also includes promoting products and services such as EVHCs and Service Plans, so an understanding of these offerings will be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities Managing and maintaining the customer database while proactively engaging with customers Building long-term customer relationships through excellent service and communication Promoting and supporting Aftersales products and services Taking an active role in dealership social media activity, including appearing in and leading social media content initiatives Working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless customer experience About You The ideal candidate will have: A genuine passion for the brand and delivering the highest levels of customer service Previous experience in a similar role within a franchised car dealership
