Tenpin in the United Kingdom is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver an outstanding guest experience across our entertainment centres. You will manage reception bookings, handle enquiries, host events, maintain a clean environment, and assist with food and drinks service.
You'll work across departments, from Laser Arena to karaoke and bars, with a friendly, proactive approach and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers and teammates.
