Customer service advisor

Aspired Talent Recruiting are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors based in the WN5 area.

This Position will be starting in October.

Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and solving problems? We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and friendly team.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm. May need to work weekends due to busy period.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with queries and providing excellent customer service.

Your duties will include:

• Handling inbound customer calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Communicating with customers via web chat.
• Providing customers with updates on where their orders are and expected delivery times.
• Dealing with queries relating to damaged or missing items.
• Investigating customer issues and working with other departments to find suitable solutions.
• Keeping customers updated throughout the process.
• Recording customer interactions and ensuring information is accurately logged.
• Building positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and listening skills.
• Is confident speaking to customers over the phone and through web chat.
• Remains calm and professional when dealing with difficult or frustrated customers.
• Has a positive, helpful attitude.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple customer queries.
• Has good attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
