Markerstudy Group is seeking a Service Centre Advisor to support the smooth operation of the Service Centre. The role involves working closely with the Service Centre Manager, Supervisor, Technicians and customers to ensure efficient service and excellent customer experience.
Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am–12:00pm. You should be organised, proactive and able to communicate effectively with teams and customers to maintain high service standards.
