Service Advisor - Conlig

VANRATH is recruiting a Service Advisor to join a well-established franchised dealership in the Conlig area. This is a customer-facing role within a busy Aftersales department, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering a first-class service experience. You will be the key point of contact for customers throughout their Aftersales journey, handling enquiries both face-to-face and by phone in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Act as the main customer contact for service bookings, updates and follow-ups Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through proactive database management Promote Aftersales products and services including EVHCs and Service Plans Support dealership social media activity, including content creation and on-camera involvement Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience What You'll Need Previous experience as a service advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within a franchised car dealership Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident, organised and able to manage a busy workload Full UK driving licence Good IT skills
