DVLA Enforcement Officer

Location: Northern Ireland – DVLA Mallusk Road

Full‑time night position, temporary role on a five‑month contract.

• Liaises with members of the public and gives advice regarding clamping and fines.
• Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle. Works alongside other agencies when required, including Police, DVLA and VOSA.
• Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures the relevant information packs are available.
• Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose, reports faults to the Manager, and completes daily activity reports.

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work on own initiative
• Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
