Dental Nurse​/Receptionist

The CSR Group are working alongside an award winning, family run dental practice with an outstanding reputation for cosmetic dentistry. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join their dynamic team in their Lisburn Road Clinic, Belfast. The position would be full time - 39 hours per week. The ideal candidate would also be trained as a Dental Nurse and should be fully flexible to work both in surgery and also on the reception desk.

We are looking for an individual who has customer facing experience, is enthusiastic and motivated. Dental reception experience is preferable but not essential. Pay:
From £13.00 per hour

The Role Dealing with general queries and requests by phone or in person, efficiently and accurately. Supporting the clinical team and handling their requests. A variety of other admin duties that could be reasonably expected of a receptionist.

Essential Criteria 3 GCSEs at grade C (or equivalent) or above to include Maths and English or proven experience of working in a similar Customer Service environment gained within the last 5 years. Excellent Communication Skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office software, email and the internet. The ability to work to deadlines, work in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detail.

Desirable Criteria Previous experience working in a dental clinic is preferred but not essential. Benefits:
