• Solid commercial experience with Java & Spring Boot
• Familiarity with AWS and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes
• Agile mindset with a focus on TDD and CI/CD workflows
• React experience is highly advantageous
• Excellent communicator, comfortable working with clients and stakeholders
• Proven ability to contribute to a collaborative, forward-thinking team
