Office Interior Solutions specialise in office refurbishments, fit-out and office furniture. We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join the team in the role of CAD Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating layout drawings, space planning and service drawings for multiple disciplines within the office refurbishment industry.
Responsibilities- Space planning.
- Take offs from drawings.
- Technical service drawings for example; partitioning, electrical, mechanical, ceilings etc.
- Presentation drawings.
- Minimum 1 years CAD experience.
- Relevant qualification in Interior Design / space planning / surveying or equivalent.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Experience in an Office fit-out / Commercial / Shop fitting background.
- Experience in creating technical service drawings.
- Must have English language qualification.
- Access to own transport required to go to different sites.
- 3D Drawings.
- Photoshop.
- Sketchup.
