The pipeline is strong, the ambition is bigger, and they’re now looking for a Senior Architect to help shape what’s next.

This is not a “keep-the-seat-warm” role. This is about ownership, influence, and leading from the front.

As a Senior Architect, you’ll take the reins on your own projects from concept through delivery, acting as a trusted point of contact for clients while steering a full, multi-disciplinary design team. You’ll be based in the Belfast office, working closely with colleagues who value collaboration, accountability, and doing great work without unnecessary drama.

• Leading projects end-to-end, from early design through technical delivery
• Managing client relationships with confidence and credibility
• Coordinating and leading full design teams (consultants, contractors, stakeholders)
• Producing and overseeing high-quality technical drawings and documentation
• Contributing to a growing practice with exciting, diverse work across Ireland

• Minimum 5 years’ experience at Senior Architect level
• Strong technical capability with demonstrable project delivery experience
• Experience running your own projects and leading design teams
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Chartered Architect status with ARB / RIBA / RIAI

Desirable (nice-to-haves, not deal-breakers)

• Conservation
• NEC accreditation

• Office-based role in Belfast
• Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm (yes, early finish — because balance matters)
