The Role Werelookingformultiple Lead Technical Architectswhowillplayacentralroleinthesuccessfuldeliveryoftechnologyprojects .Youwillworkcloselywithclientsandinternalteamstounderstandcontext,co-designsolutions,andleadtechnicalteamsthroughproductdevelopment. Inthisrole,youwillleadarchitectureworkonclientprogrammes.
Youwilldesignandoverseeend-to-endtechnologysolutionsthatarescalable,secure,user-centred,andethicallyresponsible.
Thisroleinvolvestranslatingbusinessneedsintotechnologysolutions,creatingarchitectureartefacts,andsupportingclientstomakesustainableanduser-focusedtechnologychoices. Youmightbeaspecialistinaparticulartechnologydomainorplatform-suchaslegacysystemmigration,m365,Azure,GCP,AWS,dataplatformsorintelligentprocessautomation-butyouwillapplyatechnologyagnosticperspective. You'lloperateasatrustedadvisor,oftenleadingsmallerengagementsorplayingaseniorroleonlargerones,butmayalsoworksoloorcontributeasamemberofateamasneeded.
Youwillbethesourceoftechnicaloversightandadviceforthewiderteamandfortheclient. Youwillalsosupportthedevelopmentofjuniorcolleagueswhilecontributingtopracticeimprovementandbusinessdevelopment. Wearecommittedtohavingapositiveimpactontheclientsandthecommunitiesweserve.

Collaboratewithclientteamstoaligntechnicalsolutionswithorganisationalstrategiesanduserneeds. Defineandcommunicateend-to-endsolutionarchitecturesforprogrammesandservices,translatingbusinessanduserneedsintoscalable,ethical,andmaintainabletechnicaldesigns. Conductthoroughtechnicalassessmentsandprovideactionablerecommendationsfordecision-makers.
Explainthepotentialimpact,costs,benefits,andrisksofrecommendations. Supportclientarchitecturegovernance,ensuringalignmentwithenterprise,data,andsecuritystandards Contributetodeliveryplanningtosupportagileproductdevelopment. Facilitatearchitecturedecision-makingwithclients,balancingstrategicandtacticalneeds. Producehigh-qualityartefactsroadmaps,diagrams,architecturemodels,andwrittenbriefs. Createartefactssuchastechnologyroadmaps,options appraisals,andarchitecturediagrams. Communicatecomplextechnicalinformationtonon-technical stakeholders. Collaboratewithmultidisciplinaryteamsacrossdesign,data,anddelivery. Inputintobidsandproposalswithafocusontechnologycontent. Maintainastrongunderstandingofemergingtrendsandtechnologies. Mentororlinemanagemorejuniorconsultantsandcontributetointernallearning. Providethoughtleadershipandcontributetobusinessdevelopmentandmarketingactivities. Contributetothecontinualdevelopmentofourtechnologyanddatapractice. Developandmaintainstrongclientrelationships,buildingtrustwithseniorstakeholders. About You Essential Strongexperiencedesigningarchitecturesforcomplexsolutionsensuringconsistencywithagreedrequirementsandstandards Knowledgeofenterprisesystems,APIs/integration,cloud platforms(AWS,Azure,GCP),anddataecosystems Experiencedevelopingandreviewingarchitectureartefacts.
Experienceofarchitecturemodelling(C4,Archi Mate,UML),andtoolssuchas
Visio,Lucidchartor Draw.io Provenabilitytoworkwithstakeholdersatmultiplelevelsacrossorganisations Experienceofcommunicatingtechnicalconceptsandrecommendationstobothtechnicalandnon-technical audiences Experienceofleadingarchitecturalgovernanceandassurance Experienceworkingwithagileproductdeliveryteamsincomplexorganisationalsettings Experiencethroughouttheproductlifecycle Experiencedeliveringprojectsinaconsultancyenvironment Experienceofuserresearchinthecontextoftechnologyandproductdevelopment Committedtopersonalandprofessionaldevelopment,stayingabreastofindustrytrends.
