Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

Kennedy Fitz Gerald Architects have been delivering award-winning architectural projects for more than 60 years. We are based in Belfast and are currently working on projects across the UK and Ireland.

We require a Project Architect with 7+ years post qualification experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria.

• ARB or RIAI registered Architect
• Strong design skills supported by excellent technical knowledge
• In charge of production information and overseeing technical design and construction detailing
• Proficient in Revit (essential)
• Full driving licence
• Experience working within a high-quality, design-focused architectural practice
• Experience of design and implementation of Passivhaus standards
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects through all RIBA stages
• Strong drawing, presentation, and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive client and colleague relationships
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines
• Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions
