Made Tech is seeking an experienced Service Designer to lead the design of public services with a holistic lens across technology, policy, process, and organisation. You will map user journeys and front/back-stage interactions, ensuring outcomes are aligned with user needs and organisational goals.
You will mentor other designers, champion service design inside and outside the firm, contribute to bids and talks, and help grow the practice through training and community activities.
