Project Architect / Belfast An Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Growing Team We are currently recruiting for an exceptional opportunity for a talented and ambitious Project Architect with 2+ years' post-qualification experience to join our dynamic and design-led architectural practice.

This role offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects within a collaborative and creative environment. If you are passionate about architecture, design excellence, sustainability, and delivering outstanding client outcomes, we would love to hear from you. As a Project Architect, you will play a key role in leading projects through all RIBA stages, overseeing technical design, coordinating project delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.

About You The ideal candidate will be: ARB or RIAI registered. Experienced within a high-quality, design-focused architectural practice. Proficient in Revit (essential). Highly skilled in architectural design, supported by excellent technical knowledge. Experienced in producing technical information and overseeing construction detailing. Knowledgeable in the design and implementation of Passivhaus standards. Capable of leading and managing projects through all RIBA work stages.

An excellent communicator with strong drawing, presentation, and organisational skills. Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Capable of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively. Professional, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality architectural solutions. In possession of a full driving licence.
