About you Degree and Postgraduate qualification (Diploma or MSc) in Architecture Current ARB registration At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in architectural design Sound knowledge of Northern Ireland Planning and Building Regulations

Experience with estate strategy and site master planning Proficiency in Revit (preferred), AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and undergo security vetting Desirable:
