With a collaborative team environment, the role reports to senior management and involves working alongside in-house architectural professionals and external design teams. About you Degree and Postgraduate qualification (Diploma or MSc) in Architecture Current ARB registration At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in architectural design Sound knowledge of Northern Ireland Planning and Building Regulations
Experience with estate strategy and site master planning Proficiency in Revit (preferred), AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to travel across Northern Ireland and undergo security vetting Desirable:
Chartered Membership of RIBA What you'll do Develop estate strategies and site masterplans in line with organisational goals Conduct Functional Suitability assessments to inform estate planning decisions Prepare feasibility studies, architectural drawings, reports, and presentation materials Support the creation of area and local masterplans, alongside internal and external teams Assist with design guidance documentation and project blueprints to ensure statutory and organisational compliance Contribute to strategic estate development through site utilisation assessments For further information on this vacancy, or any other Built Environment job in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact James McIntosh for a confidential discussion IND
