As Lead Product Designer you report directly to the Head of Design and work daily with product managers and design engineers. You sit alongside a Lead UX Writer and a Senior Product Designer, and you are the design partner responsible for keeping the whole product consistent and high quality. The role carries real ownership over a health product people use every day, in a high-visibility, business-critical position.###

What you would do
* Set the design direction and quality bar across the app, covering new features, health insights and early vision work
* Define success measures for your work and take accountability for business outcomes
* Own the design system, keeping it consistent through tokens and clear, documented decisions
* Build high-fidelity prototypes and motion work using AI tools and the design system to show rather than tell
* Support, coach and unblock other designers, and give clear, constructive feedback
* Challenge product and engineering with evidence, persuade stakeholders and document decisions
* Work daily with product managers and design engineers across countries and functions### What they are looking for
* Proven design leadership with a track record of delivering strong business outcomes
* Two to three shipped case studies showing high impact: the problem, your hypothesis, your decisions and the measured result
* Outstanding visual design craft across hierarchy, typography, motion and detail
* High-fidelity prototypes and videos of your work, ideally built with AI tools such as Claude or Lovable
* Daily, practical use of AI tools and experience with AI-ready design systems
* Fluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens
* Strong product thinking: working with data, hypotheses and measurements
* Experience in health, consumer, behaviour change or regulated products (preferred)
* A public portfolio website (required with application)
* Mobile apps, connected devices or simple prototypes in code (nice to have)### Working arrangements
