Friendly, stable and sociable practice seeking a GP Locum for maternity cover from February/March 2027 (Start date to be confirmed)
Sessions: 6 per week
Working Days: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Period of locum cover: 6 months
Based in Huntly, Aberdeenshire
, with a branch surgery in Rhynie
A dispensing rural practice in a genuinely beautiful part of Scotland.
- 8,000 patients in Huntly and 1,000 patients in Rhynie
- 6 GP Partners
- 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
- Experienced and supportive nursing and administrative team
- Busy Minor Injuries service, ideal for maintaining practical and orthopaedic skills
- Care home commitment
- 20-bed community Hospital
- Combination of face-to-face and telephone consultations
- On-call sessions including covering attached MIU
- Occasional home visits
- Well-supported and manageable workload
- Opportunity to work within an experienced and friendly multidisciplinary team
