Professional-level English and signed NDA compliance are required before deployment. Benefits Compensation is tax-free at £84,000 – £99,000, structured for long-term retention. Accommodation, relocation, and private medical insurance are covered in full. The SCFHS licensing route is set out in writing before you commit; the application is made by you and activated by the appointing entity. Paid annual leave, flights home, and contract stability are provided.
