We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This role involves taking full responsibility for a Year 3 class, delivering high-quality teaching and maintaining a positive, engaging learning environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
• Proven experience teaching in the UK , with a strong understanding of the national curriculum
• A teacher who is flexible , adaptable, and able to respond positively to change
• Someone who is resilient , solution-focused, and committed to supporting pupils' progress and wellbeing
• Strong classroom management and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

• Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons in line with school policies
• Take full responsibility for the Year 3 class, including pastoral care
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support continuity and high standards across the school
• Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to reporting
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
