An esteemed education agency is seeking an enthusiastic L3/2 SEND Teaching Assistant to support children aged 3-16 with Autism in Birmingham. The role requires experience in SEN, particularly with Autism, and the ability to motivate and communicate effectively with children. Ideal candidates will hold a Level 3 or 2 qualification in Teaching & Learning and have a passion for helping SEN children reach their educational goals.
This is a long-term position with prospects for permanence for the right candidate.
