This is a full-time, on-site position based in Belfast for a Foundation Stage/Key Stage 1 Teacher. The primary responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons that align with the curriculum, assessing student progress, and fostering a supportive learning environment. The teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues and engage with families to promote the academic, social, and emotional development of students, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.

• Proven experience in teaching Foundation Stage or Key Stage 1, with a strong understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching methods.
• Excellent classroom management, lesson planning, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A commitment to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment that fosters individual growth.
• Formal teaching qualification, such as PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of child development and innovative teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles.
• Flexibility, enthusiasm, and a passion for inspiring young learners to achieve their potential.
