The Junction Foundation is hiring an Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver targeted support to children and young people as part of their Pathways to Wellness service. This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) focuses on promoting emotional wellbeing, resilience, and positive outcomes for individuals aged 5-25.
Applicants should have experience in delivering emotional support and a commitment to working with diverse backgrounds. The role is based in Tees Valley and is a permanent position funded by The National Lottery.
