Role overview
We are seeking a compassionate, organised and proactive Student Wellbeing Advisor to join our Student Wellbeing Team. This new role is dedicated to providing tailored, practical support to all of our students, including neurodivergent students (for example students with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia or other cognitive differences), to help them thrive in their academic and personal lives.
This role does not involve line management and will report directly to the Head of Wellbeing and College Nurse, working closely with other members of the student support and academic teams.
Responsibilities include providing tailored, practical support to all students, including neurodivergent students (e.g. ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia or other cognitive differences), to help them thrive in academic and personal lives.

Salary: £32,017 per annum (£18,378 per annum when pro‑rated)

Vacancy type: Fixed‑term (one academic year), Part‑year, 36.5 hours per week for 30 weeks of the year, 0.574 FTE
