Fresh Futures is seeking a committed Outreach Worker to support 13–18 year olds experiencing EBSA, anxiety, SEMH needs or disengagement from education. Travel across Kirklees/Leeds, lone working, and safeguarding are core aspects, with mileage reimbursed.
