This is an exciting opportunity to become a Personal Trainer EPA. To carry out apprenticeship assessments. The applicant must have experience in the following:
- EPA
- Coaching
- Educational Skills
- Personal Trainer
- Fitness
- Sport
The role includes:
- agreeing on a schedule / completing planned assessments in the learner’s workplace
- carrying out assessment activity (face-to-face & remotely )
- decision-making against a recognised assessment plan
- grading assessments and providing feedback
- confirming grades and pass / fail judgements on a range of work-based evidence
The applicant must be a person authorised to work within the UK.

When uploading this post we noticed a distinct lack of what we would consider required qualifications. To be an Assessor you would need to hold either an;
A1/2, D32/33, or CAVA which we have a link to HERE . Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training). The position does not ask for these so do not feel deterred to apply if you do not possess them. However, it is in our professional opinion you need to have either qualification before applying.
